DigiBharosa terms of use
Version 1.0 — 17 October 2026
By using DigiBharosa you agree to these terms. DigiBharosa is provided free of charge by Continuum AI Global Private Limited as a public-interest service.
What the service does — and does not do
- DigiBharosa gives an honest assessment: Safe (a known official site, number or app), Suspicious, Dangerous or Unknown, with reasons and a confidence figure. No check can prove that something is safe or a scam — confidence is never 100%.
- DigiBharosa does not file complaints with any authority and is not a police, bank or government service. In an emergency or if you lost money, call 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in immediately.
- Results about numbers, sites or accounts reported by citizens are shown only after moderation, and owners can ask for a review (right of reply).
Your responsibilities
- Report only what you honestly believe is a scam. Do not report people or businesses to harass them, and do not report official numbers or websites.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service, and do not upload content that is illegal, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or other people's private data beyond what a report needs.
- Keep your password and PIN secret. We will never ask for them, or for any OTP.
Accounts
- One account per mobile number, for adults (18+). We may suspend accounts that abuse reporting or the service.
Liability
- DigiBharosa is provided as is, with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, Continuum AI Global Private Limited is not liable for losses caused by fraudsters or by decisions taken on the basis of a check. Always verify through official channels before you pay or share details.
Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; the version and date at the top change when we do. Questions: grievance@continuumai.io. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
